James 5:13-16
| Jesus: | Who do you say that I am? |
| Peter: | The Son of God. |
| Jesus: | Do you love me? |
| Peter: | Yes, I love you. |
Beloved, be slow to anger and quick to forgive. I tell you the truth that the enemy has released forces of darkness against you to tempt you to be offended. But, you must stand in a place of forgiveness and not open the door through carnal responses to what other’s have done. Remember that you will reap what you sow; if you are offended with others, you will become offensive. Release all resentment and extend mercy, says the Lord.
James 1:19 So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.
