Eat The Word

31 Now is the judgment of this world; now will the ruler of this world be cast out.32 And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.

John 12:31-32 

Jesus, draw me into you. I haven’t the strength or the will. Thank you for moving me, changing me. Thank you for loving me even before you change me. I trust you.

Lord God, help me put actions to my longings. I want fruit to flow from out of your work in my life. I long to live righteously and be more present in your Spirit. I long to sing your praises all day long — forever. I long to serve without praise, and love without return because I have eternity with you. Work out what you’ve started. Take me to the mat.

Please do whatever it takes to help me fight laziness and my easily shifted will. Take me into the deep. Make me the man after your heart, dedicated to the cause of Love.
